After the cancellation of WorldSkills Shanghai, 9 Skills will now be held in Germany, including the skill 55 Water Technology.

From 04 - 07 October 2022, this took place at the Motek trade fair in Stuttgart Hall 1 Gallery. Due to the short rescheduling, participants from 7 nations went to the start formerly 17 nations. At the same time the Skills Mechatronics and Industry 4.0 took place at the same location.

Under the motto "Water for Life, be a Water Technologist", Adiro supported the "Water Technology" competition at the World Skills Championships with hardware, task ideas and manpower. 

In order to promote education in the water sector worldwide and thus to fight against the increasing shortage of drinking water, such events as the Worldskills offer a good opportunity. In this way, transnational standards in education can be created.
