Test bench - Process engineering
Objective
Our process test benches are designed to meet the highest requirements for measurement accuracy, repeatability, and reproducibility of results. They enable precise testing under process-like conditions and automate both the measurement process and, if necessary, the mixing of liquids. Significant cost savings are achieved thanks to the high degree of automation in the collection of process data and process steps.
Our responsibilities
We are there for our customers from the engineering process to assembly and on-site support. This includes tasks such as:
- Mechanical design: Creo
- Pneumatic and electrical planning: EPLAN, Fluiddraw
- PLC: Siemens, Codesys, Beckhoff
- Robotics: Mitsubishi, Stäubli, Fanuc, ABB, Yaskawa, etc.
- Mechanical manufacturing: Frame construction, mechatronic assembly, TIG and orbital welding Wiring
