In conjunction with the EasyPort interface, the FluidLab-PA Multi-Loop software enables the control of four types of process variables such as level, flow rate, pressure or temperature.

Overview
The main screen of FluidLab-PA Multi-Loop provides a quick overview of the process and easy configuration of the PID parameters.
Control strategies
The following control strategies can be implemented with the software:
- PID cascade control.
- Level and flow control loops with disturbance variable forwarding for one constant actuator.
- PID ratio controller for two flow control loops and one constant actuator.
- PID limiting controller for flow and pressure control loops and constant actuator.
- PID controller with feedforward control for pressure control with flow disturbance variable via a proportional valve.
- PID controller with feedforward control for temperature control with non-constant heating/cooling actuator.
- PID selector controller for temperature control with non-constant heating actuator.
Implementation
