The training system was designed as a single manual workstation with manual loading, manual removal and partially mechanized sequence (punching). 
The intended use of the machine is hole punching (d = 8 or 10 mm) of plastic cylinder covers (part number: 162240). 
The machine is controlled by a Festo PLC type CECC in conjunction with a PILZ emergency stop device
