• Development of a system for laboratory tests to investigate ion exchangers in long-term tests.

Specifications:

• Filter material is in columns 
• It must be possible to vary the contact time of the water (0.1 - 0.5 h) 
• tr = VR/Q 
• Reactor volume 100 - 150 ml 
• Constant contact time, i.e. constant volume flow 
• Drinking water supply 40 liters 
• Drinking water flow rate 0.2 l/h - 1 l/h (3.3 - 16 ml/min) 
• Volume flow of concentrate 0.02 l/h - 0.1 l/h (0.33 - 1.6 ml/min) 
• Fluoride is added as a concentrate → Mixer Measurement 
• data: pH, T, conductivity, volume flow 
• Measuring points: before and after the filter in a "measuring pot", flow from bottom to top 
• Sampling time-controlled via solenoid valves, 5 x 500 ml
