Adiro was founded in 1990 and since then has stood for automation solutions for industrial handling and automation technology on the one hand, and for the development of teaching and research systems, from modular systems to complete learning factories, on the other.

Every year, we implement around 60 industrial robot projects for automotive suppliers, medical technology and many more.

Our employees are sensitized to interdisciplinary thinking and acting. Our workforce is characterized accordingly, from the fields of mechatronics, electrical engineering and biotechnology.

This enables us to guarantee consistent engineering with a high degree of flexibility.

1985-1990

• Prehistory Festo Didactic, Esslingen/Denkendorf, technical sales promotion/product management, Klaus Kronberger/Wolfgang Eckart

• Foundation of Eckart und Kronberger Consulting GbR, which becomes Aida/Adiro in 1990

• Foundation of Aida Automatisierungstechnik GmbH, Esslingen, which is renamed Adiro Automatisierungstechnik GmbH in 1992 for legal reasons.

1992-1999

• Adiro as German sales representative of Eshed Robotec, Tel Aviv Development of a modular product line for training and further education in the field of automation technology / robotics, the commercial school in Bretten, in the person of Gernot Jäger, entrusts Adiro with the construction of a modular robot cell in 1992 (functional modules / functional units, flexible production cells) Installation of ~210 robot systems in training and further education, CIM systems for vocational training in Lüdenscheid, Hennigsdorf and even at VW in Shanghai!

• Retrofit Industry 4.0 of a modular robot cell delivered to the vocational school in Bretten in 1991, modular robot cell. The special thing about it is that it is the first system built by Adiro built system. Retrofitting production systems as an idea to teach sustainable action

• Change in management: Nico Kronberger succeeds Stephan Kühne and is now the second managing partner at Adiro alongside his father Klaus Kronberger. Stephan Kühne continues to contribute his more than 30 years of experience in robotics as an external partner and consultant.
